For this campaign we had to communicate three main things to ultimately attract top-tier employee talent in the Bay Area. First and foremost, we needed to clearly communicate who Faire is. Second, is that Faire is a mission-driven company that is passionate about serving the small business community. And lastly, that Faire is a leader in the technology space where employees can do some of the best work of their careers.
To help deliver the message, we casted a lineup of San Francisco’s most iconic shops that have helped shape the character of their local communities. We leveraged hyper-local placements for the shops to show up in the neighborhoods where they are most beloved.
